Built by doctors, scientists and patients, Sam provides free education and practical tips from experienced medical experts to equip you with the knowledge to manage side effects and work with your doctor toward a safe steroid taper. 

Sam’s Journey Tracker enables you to record your mood, health concerns and side effects quickly, as they happen, and easily share them with your doctor at your next appointment.
